well I WAS inna bad mood :)

EXCELLENT!! I havent heard a song this happy in a while.... feels good.

Good News
_____________

The song was very energetic... so energetic I had a hard time trying to stop bouncing along with the beat long enough to type this review. The synths in the beginning were perfect for the part you put them in.

Bad News (kinda)

The drumz were simple and repetitave (bad) BUT, they fit along with the beat very well (good). Next time put some flair into them.

you've got something great going here, dont stop now. This can turn into a great song. The intro caught my attention immediately and the drumz kept me interested. Take the melody and turn it into something... yeah serously disappointed you stopped...

I see you're a fan of the conquor strings, nice. You used em well. The drums were nice too. had a good feel to them... good variations too, Tho the main theme was REALLY repetitive. nice anyway

haha, thanks.

I'll have a go at that.

hmmm... inna good way

amma fan of jazz... but unfortunately for me ahm no good at making it... so I busy myself with listening to and reviewing it.... this is probably on of the better jazz songs I've heard on NG... the piano fits in nicely, but the strings are a bit too loud in the middle. all of the chords sound good too... they portray a very good mood.

I like smooth jazz :)

so simple....yet so elegent

Such a somple song but comprised of such elegance... it makes me think of
this...

surprisingly violent, mind you...

A criminal waiting to be executed at 2:40am exactly... watching a clock... tick...
tick... tick... waiting as each second drags by.... tick... tick... tick... one minute
left. the executioner is approching, axe in hand. the guy i squirming in the chains-- not taking his eyes off that clock... tick... tick... tick... 30 seconds left. Time for regret is over, but still, he wishes with all his heart there was something he could do to get out of this.... ANYTHING... tick... tick... tick... 5 seconds: bloodshot eyes still glued to the clock... 4 seconds... executioner draws his axe... 3 seconds... 3 precious seconds for last thoughts... 2 seconds... one last breath... 1 second... his eyes swing to the clock............*shunk*........ his head rolls and stops face up..... forever watching the seconds tick by....

VERY intense for such a calm song... VERY well built... Can't thing of ANYTHING bad
....EXELLENT

my story...

when the right story is applied to this song...... it sends a wave of great sorrow over you. Imagine not past, but present throughout the whole thing. Imagine a single boy standing atop a distant hill watching as a great blaze rips through his hometown and all he can sit there and watch being the only one that escaped. At the first cymbal crash have him fade into the background, transparent, and scenes of the townspeople going by as they endure though this catastrophy. Expressions of the people of pain, shock, and utter terror fade in and out as he watches. When the piano comes back in while the violin is holding that note in the background, he slowly looks up and ,as immense sorrow washes over him, he runs with all his might, tears streaming down his face, back towards his home. Thoughts of all of his family, friends, neighbors vanishing right in front of him. He reaches the entrance to his town and finds everything falling apart and in ashes. Racing through town, the boy calls out for his mom, for anyone... He comes to his street and stops dead.... his home... all that he grew up with... lay in ashes.... lifeless. Walking to his would be room, he stumbles upon a large pile of smoldering ashes... trying to uncover what lies beneath, he hits something soft and rolls it overand to his horror it was his father, huddled over his wife and her newborn girl. Dropping to heis knees, trying desprately to wake him up, he hears a small whine with some movement.... the baby girl starts crying. Pickign her up, he takes one last sorrowful look at his parents and his home, then slowly walks out of town with his sister in his arms...

this is what i picture...

Wow... someone needs to make a flash for that... Like right now...

Great story. It reminds me of an anime I saw awhile ago called "Grave of the Fireflies" It's easily one of the most depressing shows I've ever seen. That and "Now and Then, Here and There"

Check them out!

hmmm...

ok... the beginning is good, but the synth you have going sounds sluggish and doesn't sound right when use with quick succesion notes. hmmm... when I heard the name vocanic corruption i was expecting a more actiony song. I can't really give a full review because of the length... kinda bland.

this would be more of a background song.

long time...

The last time i reviewed your music was september of last year... huh...
anyway.... great! the entrance was spectacularly done and the middle was kinda repetative, but catchy nonetheless. *listens some more* NEEDS... MORE... BASS... all ahm getting is a lowish click... at 1:32 the synth you had goin sounded great but once again needs more bass... at 2 mins the filter entrance you made sounded great... the ending fit the song too. Good Job!

Needs a new name Quik!

great but it sounds very plain not much spice... u might want to add same reverb to the piano. its bland. and you used the reverb kick WAY too much. Good still tho.
